We worked with Ken at Good Friend Mortgage when purchasing our new house. He was so helpful from start to finish. This is the third house we have purchased since 2018 and the process with Good Friend Mortgage & Ken was by far the smoothest. The other 2 times we were getting last minute requests for paperwork and changes of things. With Good Friend/Ken we had none of that. Everything was smooth and very low stress (as low stress as buying a house can be). They had everything organized for us. Ken even called us on a Friday evening because of possible mortgage rate changes over the weekend and suggested we lock in ASAP, which ended up being a great decision and saved us a good bit of money. He was so patient with us and all our questions and really took the time to make sure everything was laid out for us. Highly recommend working with Good Friend Mortgage & Ken Giordano.

I would wholeheartedly recommend Good Friend Mortgage to anyone looking for a home loan. We switched to Good Friend Mortgage after the appraisal from our first mortgage lender didn’t work out. That was the best decision we could’ve made! Debbie was absolutely amazing - she helped us with different kinds of loan options that worked best for us and ways to help reduce our closing costs.
