He was so helpful from start to finish. This is the third house we have purchased since 2018 and the process with Good Friend Mortgage & Ken was by far the smoothest. The other 2 times we were getting last minute requests for paperwork and changes of things. With Good Friend/Ken we had none of that. Everything was smooth and very low stress (as low stress as buying a house can be). They had everything organized for us. Ken even called us on a Friday evening because of possible mortgage rate changes over the weekend and suggested we lock in ASAP, which ended up being a great decision and saved us a good bit of money.
