Good Friend Mortgage is a residential home loan mortgage company that focuses on helping people build wealth through honest and transparent real estate financing in the Atlanta region, Georgia and Florida. Good Friend Mortgage was founded in 2004 by Deborah Switts in Roswell, GA. In 2007, we moved the real estate financing company to Alpharetta.
She and her husband (Randall) were real estate finance investors, and it seemed they couldn’t find a lender that delivered what they promised. They felt they could build a better business model for mortgage lending by focusing on three core concepts; Knowledge, Honestly and Integrity.
Randall’s 22 years of experience in e-commerce lent itself to building an infrastructure using leading-edge technologies for a paperless and secure system.
Deborah used her 23 years of experience as a real estate investor and mortgage loan consultant and loan officer to develop the processes that have led to clients for life.
