Robert Switts and company are truly amazing. Being in the film industry and freelancing for a living it's really hard to get a loan. We were two weeks under contract when our previous mortgage company dumped us and left us high and dry. In steps Good Friend Mortgage (who I should've used from the get go) and they picked up where the other left off. We had to start the entire process over, but get this...from contract to close, we got it done in 9 days. 9 DAYS! 9 days and we walked into our 1st home.
