Deborah was a real estate investor and property manager for over 10 years before embarking on her career in the Mortgage industry.  She was a top-producer for the largest FHA broker in Georgia for 2 years before starting her own company, Good Friend Mortgage Inc. 

Her focus has always been to be the expert through education and constant learning and to use that knowledge to educate her clients so they make the best choice.  Her  “never give up” approach and easy manner have helped her build a client following and accolades in the industry.

Deborah Switts is a Certified Mortgage Consultant, (CMC).  This is the highest certification level a mortgage industry professional can achieve from the National Association of Mortgage Brokers (NAMB).  Deborah is the only CMC in the entire state of Georgia.
